MMR "PRO SERIES" headkits are tuned in house by Scott Finlay. Scott is a specialist in small 2 stroke engines & is known the world over for his very fast ultra-reliable race engines. Scott’s work has won many championship titles in minimoto, metrakit, conti cup & 125cc road racing. These kits set the new gold standard in rc engines.

PRO-MX 36mm CY Cylinder Kit 30.5cc. kit features:

Cylinder porting - port time/area set, roof angles altered - for more efficient scavenging, port edges re-chamfered leaving no sharp edges that could snag a ring or scrape the oil off the piston plus the cylinder is converted to 6 port. Intake & transfer tunnels re-surfaced to an 80 grit finish. Cylinder head modified to increase performance , squish band professionally machined to match the crown of the piston, increasing burn efficiency. Squish band set to 53% of the bore area & compression ratio set @ 15.2 : 1 (if built with the recomended clearance of 0.40mm). Piston skirt reshaped to aid flow into the transfer tunnels & reduce weight.

Kit includes: cylinder , piston , ring, piston pin , circlips, small end bearing & washers. stock cylinder gasket. spark plug. Fully illustrated fitting instructions.

This kit fits , CY23RC , CY26RC fuelie engines Zenoah G230RC / G260RC engines & the dark soul/cc racing 2 bolt billet cases.

This kit requires a +2mm Stroker crank. and we recommend a DDM CA319 0.5mm copper base gasket
