Now available! The new DDM Dominator® Tuned pipe designed specifically for the HPI Baja 5T. It will also bolt just fine onto a 5B, though obviously the pipe would be very exposed and vulnerable, but some racers might want to try it. This is a very solid, sturdy pipe, and it produces tremendous power throughout the powerband. This pipe has been many months in development.
The tip of the silencer exits out the rear of the body, you can leave it as-is, or attach some additional silicone tubing to further silence the pipe, and route the exhaust to a different location.
The mounting system on this pipe is very strong, with the large bracket in front that supports the pipe, and another bracket in the rear.
This pipe will be available in both black and chrome, the black version will have the chrome brackets and silencer tip.
These pipes will be available approx 21 July.
One way this pipe significantly differs from other Dominator® brand pipes is noise. With the addition of the silencer, this pipe really has a pleasant exhaust note, one that is deeper and will be less likely to annoy the neighbors.
